2. Purpose of our website

Circle.Help is a portal that provides people in difficult situations (Seekers) the opportunity to receive consultative assistance through online chats from individuals ready to help (Givers). This includes assistance with topics such as:

  1. on legal status in the country of residence;

  2. on job search;

  3. on housing search;

  4. on medical consultation needs;

  5. on education-related questions;

  6. on other requests.

3. Who can use our website

Any legally competent adults, including but not limited to self-employed individuals or legal entities, public organizations, etc., are allowed to use our website. To protect children, we do not allow the registration on our site of individuals who have not reached the age of majority according to the legislation of their country. The use of the website is also prohibited for individuals who have been declared incapacitated.

4. How our website works

4.1. We accept online requests from seekers and collect profiles of givers from various countries, indicating the scope and nature of the assistance they are willing to provide. We analyze the requests of seekers and grant givers access to requests that match their skills and location as indicated in their profiles. Givers respond to requests they can assist with in online chats. It is stipulated that givers provide online consultations to seekers within their competencies and capabilities. The conditions do not include providing any other types of assistance that seekers may need.

4.2 If you fill out an online help request form, you give us your consent to analyze and pass your request to a guide, to connect to an online chat with such a guide to discuss the situation, to publish the text of the request on the main page (if you indicated that you agree to this during registration) and to publish reviews, photos, and texts of requests on social networks (if you indicated that you agree to this during registration).

If during the consultation you did not receive a comprehensive answer to your request or require additional assistance, you can contact us via email at: hello@circle.help or make another request for assistance. Please note that under these conditions, you cannot require the Giver to provide other types of assistance besides online consultation within the Giver's abilities and competencies.

4.3. If you register as a Giver, you agree to the analysis and processing of the information provided and to being connected in an online chat with Seekers and also confirm that you have the necessary skills to provide comprehensive consultations. If you are unable to provide a comprehensive consultation to the Seeker that you have been connected with for certain reasons, please let us know by sending a request to email: hello@circle.help, so that the request can be redirected to another Giver.
