COOKIE USAGE POLICY

This Cookie Usage Policy (hereafter referred to as the "Policy") constitutes an agreement between Circle.Help, Registered CIC No. 16007806, located at 96 Kensington, London W8 4SG, United Kingdom (hereafter referred to as the "Site Operator") and the Visitor or User of the site (hereafter collectively referred to as "User") concerning the regulation of relationships associated with the use of cookies and similar technologies that automatically transmit information about the User to the Site Operator.

This Policy is a public offer addressed to fully competent individuals.

By visiting https://circle.help (hereafter referred to as the "Site") or performing a targeted action on the Site, with certain browser settings configured to accept cookies, the User agrees to the use of cookies and similar technologies by the Site Operator to provide services available on the Site.

1. WHAT ARE "COOKIES"

1.1. This section provides information about the cookie technology used or that may be used on the Site, for which the Site Operator is responsible.

1.2. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information downloaded to the User's device when they visit the Site. 2. TYPES OF COOKIES

2.1. "NECESSARY" OR "ESSENTIAL" COOKIES

Users are obligated to regularly check for changes and adhere to the version of the Policy posted at the footer of the Site at https://circle.help.

4.2. If a user continues to use the Site after changes to the Policy, it is assumed that the user has reviewed all changes and accepted them. The Site Operator may require users to expressly accept the new version of the Policy by performing a legally significant action other than merely visiting the Site as a condition for continuing to use the Site or its services.
